Ossanam English Medium Higher Secondary School, Kattappana was established in the year 1976. It is run by St. George Educational and Charitable Trust. The cardinal motive of the school is to initiate education program to empower the growing generation to meet the needs of today and the demands of tomorrow. School tries to impart better education to students who come over here. This is obtained through the pursuit of excellence, Co-curricular activities and training in moral integrity and social responsibility in a spirit of service to God and humans. It follows the syllabi and curriculum prescribed by Department General Education, Government of Kerala.
